Bliss COVID-19 Safety Guideliness
  • • All Bliss employees are Barbicide Certified in COVID-19 safety
  • • EVERY OTHER STATION will be used
  • • All nail stations have protective barriers
  • • All clients & employees are required to wear a mask
  • • Face shields & mask will be worn by shampoo staff
  • • Anyone entering the salon will be checked with a touch-free Thermal Scanner at the door. Temperatures must be 99 degrees or below
  • • Hand Sanitizer or to hand washing in hot water for 20 seconds before service
  • • Staff required to wash hands after each client service
  • • Stylists & Technicians are required to thoroughly disinfect their station, tools and chair after each client
  • • 6 Feet Social Distancing practices will be enforced throughout the salon when not being serviced by stylist or technician
  • • Our staff will be regularly cleaning and disinfecting all chairs, stations, tools, linens, capes, bathrooms and surfaces per COVID-19 and EPA safety guidelines
  • • Clean and disinfected towels, capes and linens will be used for each client
  • • Clients are asked to remain outside of the salon until the time of appointment. Please call the salon at (847) 446-9555 to let us know you have arrived and are waiting. Our receptionists will call or text back when your stylist or technician is ready
  • • Clients will be asked to sign a waiver before their service begins. You can access this waiver here if you need it.

A credit card will be required to reserve certain appointment types and through our online booking system. Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24-hours notice for any single service. A 48-hour notice is required for any multiple service or spa package cancellation. We reserve the right to enforce our cancellation policy and your credit card will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked.


Please note that gratuity is not included in the service cost, but it is always appreciated. Unfortunately, we are not able to add gratuity or offer cash back on your credit card.


Your personal information is confidential. This includes your address, phone numbers and email address on file. We do not share your personal information or email with third parties. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information.

We value and respect our members’ privacy and preferred methods of receiving or not receiving invitations & communications from us. We will strive to deliver a valuable service that offers you our valued member the highest quality, value and convenience.


Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. While we strive to be on-time for your scheduled appointment(s), we may run behind schedule from time-to-time. We appreciate your patience and understanding in advance as we do our best to take all clients scheduled. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late checking-in to your scheduled appointment time, understand in advance that your appointment might be delayed and or re-schedule with another member of our team if we cannot accommodate your appointment(s).
